Introduction

Commerce 365 for Magento is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension & integration service. Commerce 365 is developed from an ERP perspective. As a customer you use your Dynamics ERP system for almost everything, and these systems already contain a huge amount of information that you also want to (re)use within your e-commerce systems.

Commerce 365 does exactly that. It extends your BC system with all functionalities to fully manage your Magento shops.

For everything related to your item catalog, categories, attributes, customers, pricing, discounts, inventory, and order processing, you never have to leave Business Central. In other words, the Magento backend is only for marketing and communications employees to do their work on CMS pages and design work. Everything else is done in or automatically managed by BC.
