Commerce 365 for Sendcloud can be used in combination with Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS - Pack & Ship. Once you have installed the Commerce 365 for Sendcloud - Tasklet Mobile WMS module, which can be downloaded from Microsoft AppSource (see link below), you can book shipments and print shipping labels automatically upon finishing a packing task on your handheld.
Go to Microsoft AppSource, and search for "Tasklet Sendcloud", or click the following link to open the right page direclty.
Click on Get it now to install the extension.
Once installed there still is a bit of configuration to work on.
Make sure to define at least one box type under Master Data > Boxes.
Search for "Mobile Package Types" and open that list page. Then click on Synchronize Package Types.
When the synchronization process asks to verify the Package Setup, please click Yes.
Once synchronized, you will see that all the Sendcloud box types are now registered as Mobile Package Types, with a shipping provider SCNVN (Sendcloud NVision).
After synchronizing the Sendcloud boxes, so that these are registered as package types, you still need to complete the Mobile Package Setup. On the package types list page click on Package Setup, to open that page. This is where you can define how each package type is used in Mobile WMS. Create a record per package type, and enter all the parameters for the Mobile WMS application.
During the synchronization of Sendcloud boxes, the default length, width, and height values are transferred to the mobile package types. Additionally, you can define a default weight value directly on the package types. However, if you want Tasklet Mobile WMS to record specific weight, length, width, and/or height values for each parcel, this is the section where you can configure those settings. The values captured during the packing process are then carried over to the corresponding parcel on the Sendcloud shipment that gets created.
In order for the Mobile WMS application on your handheld to read the configuration, make sure that you log off and on again. During login, the application on the handheld will read new configuration records.
