Once the request a quote module is installed, you will see an additional button on the general setup card which takes you to the module specific configuration options.
Once configured you can start to process quote requests.
On the store view card this module also adds a tab with configuration options. Per store you can define whether you want to import quote requests, and how you want to process them.
And in the sales menu you will also find a new menu item called Quotes. Here you will find 2 lists, the active onces and the archived quote requests.
Click on a quote request to see futher details. Here you also have the abiltiy to approve or cancel. These actions will then update the quote on the Magento side, and the customer can turn any accepted quote into an order.
If you want to convert an incoming quote request into a BC sales quote, please click Create Sales Quote.
